  48. One of 2 possible causes:

  50.  - I forgot to copy the Easylife.Lib file from my APSystem directory 
  51.    to the archive

  53.  - There was not changes since V1.09 (which wasn't released) - only 
  54.    the support programs have changed.

  56. I think it is the later, although it may be the former - but I'm 100 
  57. miles from my amiga at the moment.

  63. I think the only bank used was for the structued variables. If you 
  64. have somehow deleted it (12), run the structures compiler accessory
  65. on AmosGuide.AMOS to create it

  68. I have also had a report of a guru (0100000f - Memory freed twice) 
  69. when using the Elopen Font/Elset Font/ElClose Font routiines from
  70. stephen hill. I can't just an immediate reason for this unless I have
  71. mucked up the close font routine. Has anyone else had trouble?

  75. I have been told that the AMOSGuide.guide doesn't include 
  76. instructions on converting the AMOS Pro help file. This is because I
  77. decided to use patch after writting AMOSGuide.guide. Instructions
  78. in archive 3, and in archive1's Readme.Guide

  80. Also, there have been reports of AMOS guide crashing after a lot of
  81. use, and of incorrect links. Please keep letting me know about link
  82. errors, but I'd like to know the page title, and link button text so 
  83. I can trace them easily.

  86. Unfortunately I won't be able to fix things until I go back to london 
  87. at easter. One quick tip for AMOS Guide - If you have the help 
  88. installed on a hard drive, load each guide, and select "TurboCharge" 
  89. from the menu - things will load much faster, as it saves all the
  90. easylife structued variables that descible the guide database into a
  91. file, so the entire .guide file does not need parsing each time it is 
  92. loaded.

  95. *does* work!
